We are a family business that has always specialized in making land available to anyone with our no-down-payment owner financing plan which we extend to anyone regardless of race, religion, income level, or credit score.
We offer a selection of rural properties, mostly ranging from 2 to 15 acres, which we will sell to anyone capable of making the monthly payments who will keep the property free of trash and destruction.
